How do I drop to 11-12% bf?

I finally measured my body fat levels and I got 15%

The thing is that Im already somewhat skinny (69kg, 1.80cm), and my muscle mass is low, which means I need to bulk up

But if I bulk I'll get higher bf levels
What should I do? Starve to get to 12% and then bulk up?

This is important because I already get hollow cheeks in some lightnings at 15%, I'll probably get excelent cheekbones at 11%

Bulking is a meme eat at slight deficit or maintenance and lift. Also get protein and carbs 3-5 meals

But if I have to add muscle mass shouldnt I eat at caloric surplus?

Untrained lifters can still gain at maintenance whilst losing fat

Just eat at minimum 0.7g protein per lb of body weight at maintenance and you’ll be fine

fastest way is interminent fasting, high iq way is counting calories
 
Eat clean, high protein, 1g per pound of body weight, slight cal deficit, spread protein throughout day, eat pre and post workout
Lift heavy 3x a week, full body each day, mostly compounds
11% bf in 2 months max

you don’t need to lose weight, you just need to fix your diet (no sugar, no alcohol and high protein) and work out 5-6 days a week. Your will fat will transform into muscle but it takes long time and consistency unless you wanna 💉💉
