I have the following data regarding my hair

  • Low hair porosity
  • Dry scalp and white flakes
  • Thin hair
  • I had been protein deficient for some time causing hairfall but now i get my protein but hairloss is still there
  • I scratched my white flakes once and the area became red
  • When im in the sun my scalp fucking burns and i feel this sudden urge to scratch my scalp
  • Medium hair density
  • Male pattern baldness yes genetics:feelswhy:

minoxidil + dutasteride/finasteride + ketoconazole shampoo + scalp massages + proper diet + hat (optional)

if your scalp burns when you are exposed to sun, it means that your head is ultra inflammed and you need to fix it

follow steps above and thank me later

Well min and fin are planned for later when i actually start balding
Ketoconazole i was suggested that by the doc but i never kept the shampoo for long enough timing to actually let it work so how much time do i keep the shampoo for in my hair?
For inflammation im thinking to use an extra mild shampoo and i don’t wanna wear a hat:feelswhy:

its okay if you dont want to wear hat but you need to take actions quickly to keep your head from flaming, you can also try MCT oil on your scalp, some users have reported it helped them a lot

Okay imma buy that mct oil and for shampoo im planning to use an extra mild one along with the ketoconazole for that redness and its also not like everytime im in the sun i feel flamed its usually noon-2pm when this happens and then not daily only if im standing at one place for a long time does it start to burn like that.
