I have a very high hairline (not m shaped but flat). How do I fix it? I’m 17, almost 18 so I’m afraid to nuke my DHT because I think I might need it for masculization. I’m not worried about density right now, the only thing thats fucked up rn is my hairline. How do I fix it? Is there a way I can get it lower again without forehead reduction surgery or a hair transplant?

So you don't want to use anything that works. At least post your hair line.

You can use minoxidil and pray it doesn't get worse untill your early 20's but if you're already balding at 17 years old you should hop on finasteride because you'll get bald anyways

You still need to take finasteride after the hair transplant, dumbass. Your DHT ain't lowering because you implanted hair on your head.

You're wrong. You need to have dense hair to even be allowed to do a hair transplant, most doctors make the patientes take finasteride or dutasteride for at least 6 months before surgery.
