How do i fix pelvic tilt?

I used to just sit around all day now my shoulder posture has gotten a lot better and my neck aswell mainly through the gym, but how do i fix my pelvic tilt and (i hope coming with it) my rib flare?

I’m sure you don’t have pelvic tilt and you are just retarded

pelvic tilt is pretty normal if u sit around all day as ur muscles in ur legs or some shi get loose and then they stop supporting ur lower back causing it and tbh u can train ur legs or like lower back muscles that shit might help but if it dosent then u dont have a pelvic tilt

Train glutes and legs, stretch hams and hip flexor and train overall upper body strength.
Lean HEAVY on the stretching and training glutes part
Glutepill is brutal. Male with the stronger glutes is stronger, faster, more explosive, more attractive, better at fighting, better at escaping, better at everything

And you should focus on stretching your hamstrings and hip flexor and calves like a downie does on a cheesburger

BRO YOU MUST TRAIN THE INNER AB MUSCLE. Do every excersize the deadbug. look up what that is.
