How do i gain in weight ?

Im currently 168 cm tall and 46 kg. I cant really gain weight even if i try eating alot or tracking my calories. What should i do? :feelsuhh:

get in a calorie surplus clearly ur not eating enough if u can't gain weight even when u "try eating alot"
