Summer is right around the corner, and I want to get into my best shape I can, as quick as possible.
I am 17, stand at 194 cm tall, and weigh maybe around 75 kg. Approximately 15-16% body fat. My build is okay to most, but objectively I am extremely skinny for my height.
I want to put my focus torwards the v-taper look, wider shoulders, bigger defined arms, but keep a cunty waist.
How do I put on weight, but lower my body fat percentage simultaneously? Is this achievable, without becoming an absolute bloatcel throuought the process?
