How do I gain muscle mass, but stay lean?

Summer is right around the corner, and I want to get into my best shape I can, as quick as possible.

I am 17, stand at 194 cm tall, and weigh maybe around 75 kg. Approximately 15-16% body fat. My build is okay to most, but objectively I am extremely skinny for my height.

I want to put my focus torwards the v-taper look, wider shoulders, bigger defined arms, but keep a cunty waist.

How do I put on weight, but lower my body fat percentage simultaneously? Is this achievable, without becoming an absolute bloatcel throuought the process?

Just eat protein and gymmax

First get lean then ear in a 200-300 surplus and just burn it off with training so u maintain ur weight but get the extra macros and nutrients

yeah, basically maintaining bodyfat while building muscle, while still eating in a slight surplus (that surplus not being a bulk but the muscle you want to gain)

so, what could that theoretically look like? diet wise

whatever you still eat + more meat i guess
goatis/sv3ige diet would be most optimal, he has a great physique and hes anti exercise? that proves the diet is good, and if you pair that with actually working out you will get good results
unless you dont actually gaf about health then just take protein powder (trust me, seriously don't)
PS only listen to gatis's diet advice and not a whole lot of the other stuff
but realistically just eat more meat and less plant based
trust me go for goatis diet
 
100-200kcal surplus for 6-12 months
with correct training you won't raise your bodyfat by much if at all.

I'm 191cm and it took me 2.5 years to get to 85kgs 15% bodyfat and look decently athletic. I started borderline anorexic tho so it might be different for you.
I'm saying that in 1 year you will probably gain like 5-8kgs of lean body mass depends on your genetics. Don't expect a Scamsein Farthat transformation.
