How do i get dentists to give me a palate expander

I have a functional shift slight crossbite misaligned midline and slight crowding, i tried asking before but they said its not enough to be prescribed for it by the nhs

I had that as a teenager, you must have fucked up teeth (too narrow palate), they see it right through, and decide. I would be cooked if not for that tbh (looksmaxing didn't exist back then I had that + other orthodontist measures

does it have to be TOO narrow? so if its just a little narrow that only 2 of the teeth next to the canines are slightly diagonally postioned? Because they checked my palate (also how can i tell if i have a bad airway)

Nah bro just get braces n Herbst to fix the bone forward growth issue n if u get some smile lines that are bad get a Plata expander
