Nah theres literally no other options, everything else is cope, the other guy is right, theyre sebaceous filliments, u can call them nigers if u want, doesnt matter, Accutane will get rid of them as seen in the pictures. Though like i said a literal vacuum designed for it and pore strips can temporarily get rid of them but they will come back after a month, granted Accutane u could consider temporary unless u plan on using it forever. But also the pore strips wont even help, theyre gonna be really stuck and deep in ur nose. You need accutane or maybe order the literal vacuum and use it every month (if it even works).
Well im using 40mg every 72 hours but the thing is u just need ur body to stop producing oil which happens at 10mg for example, and Accutane completely leaves ur system after 108 hours so u just need to make sure u take pills fast enough so that its always in ur system, aka u can take 1 pill every 72 hours which stretches out ur pill supply, whereas if u took a pill everyday thered be no extra benefit and u r just diminishing ur pill supply faster

Cuz the Dermatologist (doctor) gave me 40mg for my acne cuz i didnt tell him i was gonna just use it for my nose, if i could buy it off the shelf and it was cheaper than 40mg id buy 10mg cuz yeah im sure 10mg works, and worse case u just take 4 10mg pills a day although that wont last as long unless u get more pills to compensate

Ive read people saying it doesnt and people saying it "reduces the appearance" (but not fully remove), and intuitively knowing what I know I dont see why it would help. Granted im not sure why when ur oil production stops from accutane, that the stuff comes out of ur nose. But yeah i dont think tret can get rid of the stuff in ur nose cuz it doesnt stop oil production and so ur nose would keep filling up with that stuff cuz thats all it is, oil and dead skin cells. But if it helps it helps i guess, i wouldnt know cuz i never tried Tret.

I still get blackheads on my nose after accutane. The only thing that gets rid of them is chemical peel or laser and even then it comes back shortly after

80mg daily is one of the highest doses, i took it, the max being like 100mg prob, thats not what it is. The person you talked to is retarded/ u talked to them 1 week after they stopped and so they said they didnt come back

5 days is too little, try a salicylic body wash and rub it on your face for like 1-2 months
