How do I get rid of nose blackheads and bumps acne

I got the same issue. Dont know wtf it is could be sebaceous filaments could be sebaceous hyperplasia but it just looks different from other conditions e.g like the 2 above. Did you figure it out? Found another thread with the same thing and someone said retin a and some other things worked. Also did you get those bumps from acne cuz it happened after I got some acne pimples they didnt go away and turned into these bumps. The other guy in the other thread said it happened after some acne too. I digged around online and people seem to say to try retinol/tretinion

Yes those bumps are from pervious pimples
I have not fixed it yet but but I've been told a good bha would get rid of the black spots and I've also been told the paulas choice bha doesn't work
For the bumps, retinol is the only thing I've seen work but haven't used it myself.

This is literally why I use accutane, literally accutane is the only thing thats gonna make them come out, masks, SAL acid, its all COPE. (Actually some things like a literal vaccum made for this will make them go away but they will just come back in 1 month). I swear on any chance I have at ever getting my 4 surgeries that your only hope is accutane. You literally need to get accutane and then not use it as the doctor prescribes, just say its for ur acne, and then take 1 pill every 3 days and after 1 month ur nose will be clear (actually for the first month take 1 pill everyday) (the blackheads which actusllt are white, will literally squiggle out of ur nose and then eventually they will be loose enough u can wash away) and then yeah when u run out of accutane, ur oil will come back and ur nose will fill up again, basically we got cucked and yeah u gotta use accutane for life rip.

When you wake up ur nose is covered in oil right?

They claim that you can get rid of them by using a pore strip. Then use a good cleanser with salycic acid and retinols to avoid them in the future.

You need accutane is makes it so u dont produce any oil. But the oil comes baxk when u stop this life is cucked
