How do I get taller.

Definitely I have started eating way better and my sleep is still kinda messed up because i screwed it up so I go to bed at like 2am which I do need to fix badlyy
That's fine, rem sleep is the time where it lasts 2-3 hours in your sleep which is the basic part of height boosting and whatever. But pls listen, you can have good diet or junk food every now and then. But completely avoid sugar pls

Will do!!!!!!!! Thank you so much you guys are actually so helpful and I'm super glad your here with me

You are right to worry about it. Don't listen to the people who say "oh your young" and "it's just genetics" you need to REALLY SLEEP on a good daily basis, you need to have a good diet and avoid sugar as much as you can completely avoid acne
For sleep:
  • 9 hours a night, in bed before 10 PM
  • No screens 1 hour before bed
  • Drink enough water throughout the day so that you can drink minimal water before bed
  • You must nasal breathe during sleep, experiment with nasal strips if needed
  • In the morning, you must see the morning sun (before 10 am) and go outside, to reset your circadian (sleep) clock
  • Do lots of exercise during the day so you'll be tired enough to sleep early.
Don't worry too much about acne. You need protein, calcium, and carbs to grow. You are in a growing stage, and even if you look a little bit awkward, you need all the resources you need to grow. Minimum 2-3 glasses of milk per day, eating plenty of meat, etc.

I don't think I'll get bad acne seriously because my parents never had bad acne like barely any but you never know. Thanks again I will be trying this probably tmrw since I already screwed up number 2

Yeah since dairy and red meat gives acne. If he manages decent skin care routine or have a clean face it's fine

Yeah you really gotta sleep early, before 10 PM. HGH (growth hormone) peaks around this time, and growth happens during deep sleep - specifically deep sleep around the early hours of the night (around 12 am - 2 am). This is the #1 most important factor in growing.

Just try shifting your bedtime earlier and earlier each day, and try to have your parents force you to sleep earlier. You might toss and turn a lot in the beginning, but that's OK. Eventually you'll need to get up before 10 AM everyday (otherwise you really can't sleep at 9:30 PM or 10:00 PM).

yes but also don't stress too much about it, lol, just go outsidse, run around, play sports and you'll find it much easier to fall asleep earlier over time. be really strict on the no phones/computers after 9 pm though

In addition to the other advice, you need to:
* try to sleep 9 hours, continuous deep sleep per night before 10 PM (not in bed, actually asleep) to boost HGH (growth hormone) production that will make you grow taller
* play sports to have a healthy energy/metabolism
* eat high protein and high dairy (calcium for bones), don't worry about eating way too much or becoming slightly bloated, it's OK

and most importantly, YOU NEED TO ADVOCATE FOR YOURSELF AT THE DOCTOR, THEY WILL NOT DO ANYTHING UNLESS YOU PUSH REALLY HARD if something has to be done. Don't be scared to speak up, even though you are young, and make sure your mom is aware of this. Do not mention anything too crazy though.

No peptides. Don't even think about it. Don't mention it to anyone. Don't mention "looksmaxxing" or "BP" to anyone. Not your mom, not your dad, not the doctor, not the nurse, not your brother or sister, not anyone in the world.

Finally, you may simply have a late puberty, in which case you may indeed have a large growth spurt. This happened with several of my classmates in high school who were 5' 1"~5' 3" at age 14 and became 5' 11"~6' 2" by age 16.

After this, no more .org either. Live your life and have a good time at school and with friends.

Best of luck.
Worst advice ever

Ok I won't use my phone after 9pm starting tomorrow

I don't know seems pretty good to me. If you wanna give me some advice to I'll be more the happy to read it
He's literally just telling you to rely on your genes (luck):lul::lul:
You are not passing 5'6 like that
Your mother is 5ft brother, pharma or LDAR

Alright then tell me what to do if you have better advice. I would like to hear it please

Yeah I understand that but what happens if the doctor just says I'm gonna be short and that's final. I feel like his advice is pretty good because if that does happen then there's literally nothing to do other than that or like you mentioned LDAR which I don't want to do with my life

You don't know if the mother's height is low because of genetics or because of malnutrition (latent height potential might be higher)
And you don't know if he has any uncles or great uncles that are really tall
Late puberty (hopefully) and late growth spurt is actually a plus in terms of height

And even if the doctor says they're nothing he can do, it's still not over. Pray, eat well, sleep well, and check back in 4-5 years.

Are you Asian or have immigrant parents? If you have parents that immigrated (or even grandparents) from some country that was really poor or malnourished then you likely have latent height potential (in that, your parents should've been taller)

I have half white and half Mexican. My dad I'm not to sure what race is is but I think it's Hungarian but that's where his ancestors come from I'm pretty sure. But he was born in the United States of America and so was my mother

If you are from any kind of third-world country or even country that was third-world (like Korea or China, even though they're not third-world anymore), it's still possible to grow taller. Anything is possible, and even your half-brother shows that you probably have latent height potential.

But better to sleep soon so you can sleep earlier tomorrow as well.

But another thing to this I don't think my mother was malnourished during her childhood. But she definitely didn't grow up in the best conditions and she was living in a border town so I don't know if that has any effect to it. Because I still don't know how my brother became super tall. He did the probably the worst stuff possible for your health as a child

Genetics are weird. Just do what you can.

Which he should
Maybe not at 13 but at some point
First he should always get the xray

Genuinely wont ever happen
Gen scared to go blind know it's very rare but I don't think I would take that risk being blind is probably the worst possible thing to happen to a human. I don't know how people can live blind

the risk is low imo but i feel like its still worth something mentioning
Of course it is, and all other risks as well
But you should also be aware of how low the risk is compared to the reward

Like <10% got blind and<5% of those had permanenr damage
You can mitigate it

And isn't that for cancer paitents of something I heard.

I've done a little and it's kinda scary the side effects that I'm reading.
