That's fine, rem sleep is the time where it lasts 2-3 hours in your sleep which is the basic part of height boosting and whatever. But pls listen, you can have good diet or junk food every now and then. But completely avoid sugar plsDefinitely I have started eating way better and my sleep is still kinda messed up because i screwed it up so I go to bed at like 2am which I do need to fix badlyy
