How do I get this hair as someone who got somewhat straight hair

I got straight hair but it isnt death tier straight where its straight no matter what i do. But how do i get this type of hair. Im white btw

i already have and use sea salt spray it doesnt give this kind of effect and it dries it not make it wet and shit like his is

I have slightly wavy-straight hair and cant say the same happens to me
wind does make my hair frizzy though

yes i add some hylauronic acid shit and when im out in the wind it makes it curlier and messier in a good way

i dont use it everyday and with my current haircut i dont need to use it at all atm

just try texture spray and scrunching wet hair
also you can still get a good messy style with straight hair
