how do i increase clavicle width

im 16 (50kg 185ish cm) how do i increase clavicle width so i can stop being a framecel (atleast my shoulder to waist ratio is like 1.6x or something)
(btw my dad has broad shoulders just to give a general idea of my genetics)

You clavicles prob arent even that bad, you are just skinny as hell

Ik sounds gymcell retard but bulk a little and do gym then cut, worked for me

they will get bigger as u get older just lift and roid or u can experiment with ifg 1 DES localized injections jfl

fix winged scapulas if u have them, quite common

(you basically become wider after fixing them)

thanks for the advice i didnt realize this affected my clavicle width (i know im retarded for not realizing this)

Go to the gym and bulk up, stay in a caloric surplus until you finish growing completely don't even consider cutting. This worked for me from 14-16(now) and now I don't go gym because I have sixth form and I already built my physique

Just build the lats and shoulders as much as you can
Shoulder press- Weighted pull ups Are key
And 50 kg at 185 cm? You're very underweight.

idk IGF 1 DES is interesting I might try it sometime just to see if it gives meaningful results
