i tried to measure it but i didn’t know how to, i never thought it looked narrow but my parents offered to pay, I struggle to nose breathe since childhood and my lips are narrow, I though it might be a good choice for me

It is not narrow or wide, just normal

Yea I know but my face is pretty narrow and so are my lips so I might still do it

Mine looks like that too, but your jaw is defo narrower than mine. Normal palate width which means MSE/MARPE probably wont do anything drastic—better to spend the money on fillers/implants imo. Also ur palate may be fused if ur 16+ and SARPE (surgical expanion) has minimal benefits for facial width.

ima go ortho anyway to get an xray and see if my airway needs help, maybe it’s not fused and maybe I get it anyway and it helps a lil, thank you
