I have a lean-aethletic build at 9% bf with a 1.8 bidelt/waist (and at my peak it was almost 1.9). But this is causing issues, sure i look great to most people but i want clothes to fit better instead. I stopped working out for almost a year but i'm still a bit muscular and i still give off slight gym goer vibes.
is there any way i can lose muscle in a short amount of time??
