I’m currently 120 kg and I’ve been overweight for most of my life (I’m 19). I want to finally lose weight, but I’m scared my stomach will end up with loose skin afterwards. What’s the best way to lose fat while avoiding or minimising loose skin? Also, how do I actually stay disciplined and lose the weight instead of bingeing and ruining my progress?

I think you would have to recompensate with muscle in order to prevent loose skin. In alignment with that, shedding weight too fast and lead to skin not having enough time to adapt and being loose.

As for binging, it comes down to discipline
 
being lean with loose skin is better than being a fat fuck. If you can’t stay disciplined with a caloric deficit take

and t3 (no longer than 2 months)

then you can just maintain it with reta. Once you are at your desired body fat.

There's no magic pill that will make you disciplined you have to practice it, also don't worry about loose skin, you won't die if you have it and it is fixable.

if you wanna stay disciplined then peptides are your only option. other than that man i think being fat your whole life is all the reasoning, maybe only eat while u watch blackpill vids on tik tok or something if that makes you jealous or get rejected by a woman
