How do I maintain discipline for the Gym?

Every time I feel like going to the gym it’s like I have this energy surge and crazy motivation to keep going everyday, but then the next day I’m feeling lazy and don’t go, then I regret not going, should I just force myself to go?

if youre not consistent you wont make progress. if you rely on motivation youll be doing some bullshit 10 minute ab routine at 3am, force yourself to go until you get used to it and its just a part of the schedule.

just dont be a bitch and go, youll thank yourself for it once you look in the mirror and dont hate how you look anymore

yeah just get out there brah, if you feel like u dont wanna go most of the time once u get there you will enjoy the sesh regardless

after a while theres a chance you get body dysmorphia and then it'll be very easy to go

true m hopping on test, its been4 months since i've hit a workout thankfully i didnt lose any muscle and still have abs.

I tried hitting yesterday I genuinely left that bs gym mid set 😢
