Solution
appeal
you can’t, it’s a diuretic so will flush out any water for a period of time. then you will regain the water. there could also be rebound were you gain more water than normal periodically. the only way to maintain the lean look from diuretics is to actually be that lean.

solution?? 🙏🏽 lol if you want.

Cool , thx

Are there any ways to get lean while you’re still in puberty? I know it’s basically seen as retarded to cut during puberty on this forum but getting lean would ascend me pretty hard. Or anything to help naturally debloat?

getting lean would ascend anyone hard. keep your calorie intake the same and play more sports, or just increase your physical activity in general, wether that be more walking, going to the gym etc. just be active and not rot at home. debloat naturally u can take potassium chloride every morning 3000mg but the effects don’t last the whole day. taking this allows you to have good sodium to potassium ratio. sodium bloats you, but if you have enough potassium you can counter act that.
