How do i motivate myself

i seriously need help motivating myself i want to be able to improve myself so bad but every time i try to diet i can stick to it for like a week and then i'll just binge eat and ruin everything and then i try to get into a routine of working out or even basic exercise i just procrastinate and never get anything done i just lack so much motivation to do anything that benefits me even though i want it so bad

i recently started taking ritalin but i only ever take it for work and stuff, but i have already taken it in free time once and it got relly easy to take care of myself (im talking stuff like hygene etc) so yeah, you could spam ritalin or adderall but at the same time this isnt such a good idea
