How do I not bloat and eat shitty foods at the same time

I hate getting bloated but I love goyslop so much. I wanna know if there is a way to eat all the goyslop I want while not getting bloated?

ur never gonna get rid of that bloat after eating goyslop but you can def manage it and make it not as bad as it would be

Bro I also got short hair now so the bloating from the fries the butterburger combo from steak and shake and the nutella toast dino nuggets and ketchup got me so bloated

Today I restricted myslef no goyslop I did cradio I debloated a bit and then my cheeks got bloated again the swelled up I fucking hate my chud life

No shit nothing miraculous happened if you're only talking about a single day...

If you CBA to lose weight normally, try reta so you want to eat less goyslop or read the BOTB guide on DNP. Run both if you want better gains (reta + DNP, continue reta after the DNP cycle is over). You have to actually commit to weight loss though, which is the part people seem to bitch about. Just walk a mile or more on a fucking treadmill or around your block daily and you'll be doing more than most people jfl

yes there is, cut out all carbs, or at least below 50 grams per day.. thats all you need to do.. eat when youre hungry but only meat and fat and shit

I ate some eggs and toast with some meat
toast is the biggest one that can bloat here esp if white, eggs can sometimes it depends on the meat but often not, meat is good.
but this meal honestly shouldnt be overly problematic, you could just have a sensitive gut so try and optimise the health of your gut, which slop doesnt help with in the first place and fucks up your digestion

so gutmax leanmax debloat and eat right

toast is the biggest one that can bloat here esp if white, eggs can sometimes it depends on the meat but often not, meat is good.
but this meal honestly shouldnt be overly problematic, you could just have a sensitive gut so try and optimise the health of your gut, which slop doesnt help with in the first place and fucks up your digestion

I didnt know toast was problematic thanks im already 12.3% bodyfat but going to 10% would be great ngl

yeah man 10% is a good goal it will enhance your facial features for sure, 12.3% is already good

and yeah white bread like u get in the supermarket is highly processed carbs it bloats its not great

its best to try and avoid it but obviously nowadays it can be quite difficult to completely eliminate it from your diet so just try and keep it to a minimum and choose stuff like meat and fruit instead.

another thing is when its from supermarket loafs it is very soft which is not optimal for chewing habits during development to optimise your facial bone structure and masseter muscle hypertrophy

if you are going to eat it, try choose brown bread. i've been to france a lot, and the baguettes there in local bakeries and stores are fresh and not processed, they are way better than mass-produced supermarket slop

Yeah thats exactly what I made the toast with brown bread. Anyways I woke up debloated im pretty happy I didnt eat any goy the other day

yes that is true biologically as your body tries to prevent starvation and conserve energy through metabolic adaptation (adaptive thermogenesis)

your body has less mass to move the leaner it get's making it more efficient which in turn means it burns less calories for the same tasks. your body changes to prevent further weight loss to avoid starvation.

yeah that's definitely better. also perhaps supplying from a good bakery may provide higher quality and less ingredient bread (no additives just water flour yeast salt) than supermarkets but not really necessary.
that's a W also i normally drink a good bit of water upon waking up and then some tea for caffeine and i usually skip breakfast so my face normally stays quite lean in the morning.

lowk cba but if ur bloating its bc of sodium causing water retention
choose lower sodium foods they can still be shitty food just watch the sodium content
