How do i safely become lean as a really young teen?

Im too young for those measuring apps it says 15+ so how much calories should i be intaking to become lean as a skinny fat 13 yr old while trying to build muscle (not crazy amounts if muscle i just want to be making progress of some sort) or just quick ways of losing excess body fat, help?
 
Its always gonna be the same things calorie defizit around 2 Grams of Protein per kg bodyweight and of course exersise. But honestly coming from a rather slim guys you might just want to Focus on Building muscle by Sports or sum instead of directly losing all your fat. If you can then Go to the gym otherways maybe try sum combat sport.

Use cronometer its the best app and you can set a goal weight. it will tell you the exact number of calories, fats, carbs and protein you need to intake. Also you can scan the barcode for the food to log it
