How do i socialmax at 24

It's cold winter in europe i don't want to go out

But i'm working out and working on my business at the moment (i mean money maxing)

it takes me a lot of time to work on business

However at 24 i never really had friends, i have friends to play football with, but we don't go out to bars or see each other (it's just people that live near me we met at football stadium it's not always the same people but i guess you got what i mean we play together but don't see other outside football)

I'm looking for ways to meet people to go out to make friends

If you have a guide or tips i would take em
