1. Well for starters you need to see how severely recessed you actually are and that can be done by booking a scan with an ortho so they can do a cephalometric analysis of your peanut incel skull
2. Secondly you book a consultation with a blackpilled surgeon and show them the scans and have a talk
3. Lastly you hand over all your betabuxx to the surgeon and they either a) botch you or b) ascend you ever so slightly
