How do i stick to my diet i keep going over on my cals

For reference im 14 5'11 and 180 lbs(now)and very active (workouts for like 2+ hours atlesst 5 days of the week) I try to aim for 1650 cals for a while I followed it and lost weight recently I've been so fucking hungry bro i cannot for the life of me follow my diet im going like 1000+ over and im gaining back weightt please send help

Eat meals and foods that have very high satiating levels
 
i just eat microwave pizza and diet coke tbh
