ive been starving myself and taking in a lot of potassium but ive genuinely been so hungry what are some methods to stop getting so hungry? also can i just spam 0 sugar drinks or will they bloat me?

I used to starvemaxx often.

So what I'd do is I'd distract myself with work so I wouldn't be focused on my hunger.

On top of that, I'd drink a lotta black coffee to supress my appetite.

Diet soda would be the BEST tool to assist in losing fat.

Also maybe look into sugar-free sweeteners so you can make yourself some low-cal 'desserts'.

Also going outside for daily walks and listening to a podcast or youtube video is a good idea. Personally I'd carry my wallet with my ID, but I wouldn't carry any cash so I wouldn't get tempted to splurge on food. It also ends up burning more calories, making your deficit greater.

just eat low-calorie high-volume foods, u dont need to fully starve urself for results, satiating foods will make ur life alot easier when cutting :p(y)

Tbh 0 cal foods/drinks can only help you to a certain level especially if you're straight up starving then there's no actual way to not feel hungry at all

best piece of advice i can give you as someone who lost 30kgs is that try to start your day off right with cardio and no tiktok bs, when you start your day with a win you are much much more likely to stick to your deficit cals for the day, on another note, the deeper you get into a deficit, the more your calories should come from fruits and veggies as the hungier you get, at the last weeks of the deficit you should be getting all your carbs from fruits and veggies, if you going really hard then only veggies, and 1 really fucked up piece of advice that bodybuilders use on the last few weeks of competition to starvemaxx is make your food untasty, that way when you are done eating you dont wanna eat more of that nasty shit, but thats only if you really really locked the fuck in and dont care anymore, also a cheat code is to try to make protein ice cream using xanthan gum and guar gum, coach greg and exercise4cheat meals has a lot of recipes about it, you can make it using a ninja creami or a blender, basically a few kilograms of sweet, ice cream adjacent textured food for just as little as 200-300cals. So tldr, 1 get 15k steps a day if you can, 2 try to sleep as much as you can, sleep is a non negotiable, having bad sleep will ruin your cut, and just try to think of the light at the end of the tunnel because once you are done with the deficit you can go back to maintenance which will allow you to eat more freely

starvemaxxing is so stupid your literally cutting off the nutrueints required to naturally produce HGH, if your cutting just skip breakfast and eat small amounts of chicken beef maybe supplement a little, although your having potassium which is good for debloating in the long run but your cutting off essential vitamans required for test production and HGH, listen to your body
