how do i stop hyper fixating on everything im doing in public

when I am in public I hype fixate on everything i do, for example when i walk i feel that i am walking weird, or if i am standing still i feel like I look weird and retarded, my face literally starts twitching because i feel so anxious about how im carrying myself.

i normally think about how my posture is, how I'm walking, how my face is resting, if I'm looking at anybody directly, if my hair looks like shit. its Hella stressful man.

keep going out in public, if you avoid it, which most likely you have, it will continue
