How do I stop stressing?

I’ve noticed recently that I’ve been stressing a lot and just walking around with anxiety.
What are some easy tips to keep your cortisol levels low at all time?
Is there any supplements you can take to help it?

After exercising I often feel relieved and a form of calmness like I’m just done with my day and don’t have to give a shit about anything else,I just want to be able to feel this type of feeling at all time, sounds pretty impossible as someone turning 18 and needing to focus on school,training,looks and friends.

My mother has recommended me meditation several times but my low patience adhd ass haven’t even gave it a chance, so probably gonna give that a shot (hopefully)

The stress also got me to a point where I started losing hair and having breakouts.

No need to read all this fucking nonsense just give me some advice on how to keep the stress away.

As someone with autism I put In one air pod and listen to music i like or bp edits Ik it corny but something to distract really helps but a way to stop sweating so much idk

I’m barely even ltn I’m like a 4/10 maybe but just imagine your self Mogging everyone

Trust me thats something im imagining every day. Kind of helps sometimes all because of stoicism
 
Take ashwaghanda make sure it’s ksm 66 won’t help a ton but it’s worth using

Put your phone away sometimes when u feel stressed and go for a walk, listen to music and take testosterone
