14 in two months save up start 5mg halo and 25mg aromatase inhibitors and some forskolin you can only fix your face with surgery but your still growing don’t lose hope things can and will change keep your head up boyo (edit i’m saying this because if you’re under 6ft life will be way worse so maximize height or ask the orthodontist to help you out with the recession)

You don't need surgery (yet), good thing is you're young, go to an orthodontist, they'll take an X-Ray of your jaw and probably recommend braces with rubber bands to try and correct the recessed mandible.

Correcting your mandible will give you a better chin too.

As for your undereyes, probably a graft but if you're barely turning 14 I wouldn't even consider that rn.
