How do normies function on a day to day basis seemingly happy despite being incel?

I have noticed this way too much IRL but a large portion of incels irl arent on forums rotting away, they seem to be enjoying life w good copes, make money,they seem NT w loads of friends and watch their movies, drink their liquor, socialize, attend hangouts and are part of friend groups. If love and intimacy from a stable LTR is really a basic need for males just like water and food, how do these people function on a day to day basis w motivation despite being incels. It seems to me that there does exist NT incels who are happy and content w life, its only the ND blackpilled incels who are on the verge of going ER or roping. But then again, even ND blackpilled slayer chads dont seem to be as happy as the normie NT incels. I do agree w maslow's heirarchy of needs and find it applying to my life personally but this really does seem puzzling. Is suffering due to inceldom simply due to brain wiring or is it a fundamental need wired into ALL humans w no exceptions. You dont notice this w the other basic needs of life like food,water,sleep etc, ALL humans need this to survive/function normally. Makes you question if love and belonging really is a basic need? Maybe the love and belonging from ones family+friends offsets that need a bit? Would even the NT incels rope if they lost all their family+friends and left w nothing?
