How do you apply Minox/castor oil on your eyelashes?

Do you directly apply on your lower eyelashes? Doesn’t it irritate the eyes? Anyone ever done this before?

Just smear the castor oil on your eyelashes with a cotton swab or with the fingers. It shouldn't irritate unless you actually get it in the eyes
