Can't relate. Have never ever in my life struggled to fall asleep. I wouldn't wish such a thing on my worst enemy.

Actually, tell a lie, I have struggled to sleep but those were the nights before big exams. It's not a constant thing. It must be so brutal if you constantly cannot sleep at night

Insomnia isn't just being unable to fall asleep, it's also that you can fall asleep easily but you only sleep for few hours and waking up mid sleep or earlier than your let it be 8 or 7 fully rested hrs.

I usually just drink a bunch of caffiene and try to stay up until the next night, but I usually fail a decent amount of times before I get to the night. Then I start waking up with an alarm, but if I get stressed and then stay up or decide not to sleep at a good time it's fucked again, which is happening rn. So im gonna get melatonin next week

Meth to keep on not sleeping. Xanax or any other benzo for sleep. Alcohol puts me to sleep too if I'm not on a stimulant.
