Im not talking about looking big, im just talking about wide frame.
For example

this body type but with a wide frame, I dont want chest muscles as of now just a wide frame, for that I only need to grow my shoulder muscles right?
I.e. underweight body + wide bidelt

What muscles do I need to train? Only shoulder muscles for frame?

Train lats with pull-ups and lat pulldowns and your mid delts with lateral raises

everything with a focus on upper back lats and delts

Jordan barret is a skinny nigga so his physique is mainly just him being skinny and having a wide frame

train lateral delts, lats and traps 1-2 days per week. you will get some chest hypertrophy, but just make sure you avoid bench exercises or dips of any kind, and youll be fine. make sure to focus more on the sides than the front muscles. :feelsokman:

All shoulder heads, but with an emphasis on the medial delt
Also train your lats, big lats flare your shoulders giving the illusion of a wider frame
Upper back as well

lowkey my frame grew these last few years too i think the same happened to my dad he told me he was a late bloomer and his frame mogs hard

fuckin W im 17 almost 18 w a 21 inch frame, im coping w the fact that clavicular fusion doesnt occur till 25 for most so hoping for an inch or 2

You can't achieve a wide frame and a non-bulky deltoids with gymcelling...

The solution here is clavicular lengthening. It involves extending the collarbones and then stabilizing them with a titanium plate through a two-step surgical process. It's cost is between 25k to 60k usd

last year .. i got an ibd flareup so didnt train the last few months but am back to training now ever since i saw how high my T levels were.. basically transforming in real time everyday now, not letting those T levels go to waste
