How do you guys deal with the hunger during a cut

It’s hard man. I went 5 weeks with no cheat meals but last few days I’ve been eating in 1000 surplus. I just couldn’t mentally resist not eating good food but now it feels like none of it is worth it

I just distract myself with video games or watching a movie or some shit
