I missed out on those things, as I am no longer a teenager, but I don't dwell on the past. If I could turn back time, I would have done things differently, but I can't so there's no point in trying to mourn over experiences that I never had in the first place.

I also refuse to believe that it's over, just because I missed out during that phase of my life, and adopting a defeatist mindset is by far the worst thing you could do for your mental health and overall happiness. Sure, you gotta be realistic about your chances at the end of the day, but I'm getting the feeling some people here (not calling anyone out) would rather sit around and complain about muh its over if you didn't experience teenage love, muh 80/20 rule and muh chad only, instead of actively trying to better their lives.

If you want to ascend, you unironically have to believe in it too. If your mental health is shot to bits, you're not getting anywhere.
