How do you hold eye contact with people

I cant hold eye contact while maintaining my thoughts. Its like i have to put 100% concentration into holding eye contact but then my mind blanks as im doing so even with people im close with, its just not comfortable to me. For some reason im the opposite with girls, its like i enter a flow state/ultra instinct, i can hold eye contact with them and be nt at the same time.

I have positive tilted almond eyes with thick dark eyelashes and positive tilted dark eyebrows with a little bit of upper eyelid exposure, my eye area looks more dark triad like.

Im not autistic but eye contact is so weird to me and whenever I become concious of it im just bouncing around their facial features
