only if you're using infrared
if you're using just red, then it would actually be beneficial for eyes

i still go outside but i wear spf and dont let my skin get sunburnt and id rather be safe then sorry, i also say rl therapy is a nitrous oxide inhibitor or soething? sum1 tell me if im waffling
