a lot of people have been telling me to lose face fat but the dieting I’ve been trying to has not been working and I got the diet from botb thread so how do you lose face fat?

in order to lose face fat you will need to lose fat, how hard is it to understand this i swear this question gets asked 50 times in a day

yeah I get that but I’m pretty lean now tho and I’ve been on a no carb diet for 2 months not much change
