It's easier once you establish it as a habit. Working out feels like shit after a break, but it doesn't bother me if I'm in a groove. In order to get there maybe find something else motivational besides looking good. I like strength training for itself and for other sports and so I can eventually separate my ex's husband's head from his body with my bare hands.

Alternatively whenever you see an ugly girl at the gym, pull out your phone and look at good looking women during rest times. It can be the same woman every time but if that doesn't work then try making an insta/tiktok/whatever account and exclusively like thirst traps, the algorithm will pick that up and only show you women, you can use that account whenever you go to the gym
