im 185 my dad was around 185cm while his mom is 150 and his dad around 175. I guess its just because of less access to food

I hope I reach 190 cm as im only 13 167 cm didn't hit puberty yet my dad was the height as me at my age I also have big ass feet size 45 eu my dad has size 46,5

There is no study thats proves that smoking or drinking alcohol a that age significantly impair height growth especially considering that he was already 16.
Literally my school friend back then started smoking and drinking when he was 14 and grew to a 203cm Slenderman at 18 JFL. Unless you're super unhealthy or extremly malnourished nothing really impairs your development at that age anymore.

yeah I mean at most if he didn't do that he maybe would have been like 1 cm taller butt his growth plates prolly closed so it would not impact his height

I might be going through one rn as I am growing about 1cm a month might grow like 11cm this year
