How does natty weight lifting prevent acne and furthering hair loss that you would get from taking T?

Apart from the endocrine system effects that natty lifting obviously avoids, we know that testosterone inhibits collagen synthesis. But natty weightlifting increases T anyways. The harder you work, the more T you release. Either way, aren't you going to get worse skin, acne and hair loss? Is the difference simply that by taking T, your levels are much higher? But both increase T levels correct?
 
The physiological differences from the rise in T from exercising is negligible compared to roids. Roids increase t drastically, creating an excess of estrogen which causes acne. The most weightlifting natty will do is clog your pores from the sweating.

Can you tell me the main difference between say, natty, and an HRT dose of 100 mg every five days?

weightlifting, or any form of exercise for that matter, is good for your skin b/c it gets your heart rate up and increases blood flow to your skin.

Idk much about roids or what each individual drug does. I know this much... each individual has different levels of muscle-building genetics, insertion points and frames. How each person reacts to the stimuli of weight lifting will vary, dependent on the aforementioned factors. How each person reacts to steroids will also be dependent on their genetics. The side effects people get from taking them are also based on their genetics.
