I've seen that when people have bimaxillary protrusion/flared teeth, they often lack a deep mentolabial fold.
After these people get extractions/braces etc, this rounded look seems to dissapear and the indentation between their lower lip and chin become apparent.
Can someone please explain how the teeth/jaws end up affecting the mentolabial fold?
