Honestly, I don't think they get treated very differently if they are just normal fat (overweight by say 10-15kg) and have an acceptable personality.

But if you're fucking obese then you'll get a ton of shit.

Take it from me. I was 130kg at 15 years old.

Well, it could just be in my head, but I got that shit when walking today. I'm an ectomorph but borderline obese, like 6 ft and 100 kg. It's a horrible combo because I look weak but fat at the same time, and it makes my hips wider than my shoulders.
Could just be in my head as I'm an autist too.

I do feel like there's been a difference in treatment even for me. I'm starting to get a lot more disrespect now at 100 kg then I did at below 90 kg. I'm also ectomorph so it gives me that weak look as well as being a fat ass.
