how does ur bloat vary throughout the day?

i have max bloat when I wake up, then it steadily decreases throughout the day with min bloat after gym in evening, then I start bloating again till I sleep.

If I’m debloated after gym in the evening then I stay like that the whole day. I only bloat more the next day if I ate like shit the day before.

reduce ur salt intake before going to sleep and try eat food that's low on sodium. also piss out as much water as possible so you don't wake up bloated in the morning

my bloat is highest in the morning, lowest near night

i start bloating after I bathe in evening, probably cause of protein powder i drink after ggm

yeah this makes a lot of difference, but sometimes its doesn't. I think quality of sleep affects too

For less bloat in the morning, sleep on an elevated pillow.

yeah this works too, but I find bloat really unpredictable. sometimes I'll do everything I can but still end up bloated

What works for me rn better than anything else is to minimize salt, sleep on an elevated pillow and drink ~2L water more or less depending if I'm thirsty or more active. When I used to drink 3L-4L I would piss the entire day and wake up so bloated in the morning. And I would have to do lots of cardio to debloat.

I'm not even at a low bodyfat % right now but my face is just completely debloated its crazy.

Its not that simple. The amount of water you need varies from person to person. You can't just blindly follow some random number.

I found that when I drank around 3L+ water, I would piss more than 10 times a day.

Ppl on this forum don't talk abt it much. But, frequent urination can cause low potassium levels.
That's why they end up having to take potassium supplements.

Most people need around 1.5L-2L and a little more with exercise. But I'd experiment with it.
