i have max bloat when I wake up, then it steadily decreases throughout the day with min bloat after gym in evening, then I start bloating again till I sleep.

yeah this makes a lot of difference, but sometimes its doesn't. I think quality of sleep affects tooreduce ur salt intake before going to sleep and try eat food that's low on sodium. also piss out as much water as possible so you don't wake up bloated in the morning

What works for me rn better than anything else is to minimize salt, sleep on an elevated pillow and drink ~2L water more or less depending if I'm thirsty or more active. When I used to drink 3L-4L I would piss the entire day and wake up so bloated in the morning. I'm not even at a low bodyfat % right now but my face is just completely debloated its crazy.
Its not that simple. The amount of water you need varies from person to person. You can't just blindly follow some random number.So more water is bad?
