Hey guys,
So after this shitty final weeks end, I will begin my first journey of ever lifting. I really hope it can make me look better whilst improving my peformance on the soccer field. One of the things I want to focus on is getting a thicker neck but not too thick, just slightly thicker so i can look more balanced. How do I go about doing this? I will be working with a personal trainer for 6x times a week and is it considered normal to tell him i want to make my neck slightly thicker?
