How fix this mouth assymetry?

My left side is straight from cheek to the jaw, but my right side have this bump or assymetry similar to the Heath Ledger. Is it possible to fix is it by softmaxxing?

either this muscle on the right side is stronger either you've got an assymetry in your mandible or chin causing this muscle to bulge out more prominent.
