I took a picture of me using flash (which gives everything a very 3D effect), and I am surprised to say that it makes me look far different than normal lighting situations. My front profile looks very good under this special lighting situation.

I think that this has encouraged me greatly to lean out my face, so I can look like this easier in more common lighting situations. But I'm not cutting bodyfat because I'm already very low bodyfat, I'm actually starting a method called coolsculpting.
