I’m currently in a calorie deficit and doing strength training. Is cardio necessary to loose bodyfat or can I just continue with strength training and calorie deficit?

Thanks for the infoFirst off, nice Tyson Ballou pic, homies hella underrated in the PSL community.
Keep it stupid simple. It's literally all about Calories in. Calories out.
Just weightlift, and walk 10,000 steps a day (low effort and easy to keep up with, walking alone is underrated af)
You dont need to know anything else. Continue lifting and get your steps in.

People tend to do slow walk everyday for 10k - 15k because you don't need recover, unlike higher intensity cardio like hill sprintsI’m currently in a calorie deficit and doing strength training. Is cardio necessary to loose bodyfat or can I just continue with strength training and calorie deficit?

Technically sprints burn higher rates of fat like any H.I.I.T (even better) but you can't do it everyday without killing your nervous system and recover
