nice back development. You should do more barbell rows to thicken your back
they are brutal on my lower back though


Shoulder/Back Day 2

Vertical Shrugs 3x failure

One Arm Pulls 4x failure

Row Machine 80, failure x 3

Deadlift 165 x 8 x 3

Shoulder Raises 50, failure x 3


this is my back day though i still got plenty of shit innit
 
get low body fat - caloric deficit high protein
have good muscle insertions
train regularly
done
